Ozan Akar

Ozan Akar has served in audit and advisory area for over 15 years of professionality. After his service as an inspector at Ziraat Bank, he joined PKF International as an auditor.  Later he had been transferred to Deloitte and worked as an audit manager. After 4 years career at Deloitte he established his new accounting and advisory company, Fonmark. Following more than 5 years of service with Fonmark, in 2019 he joined CNS Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. as Vice Chairman and Audit Partner.

Ozan served on several audit projects of Turkey's leading companies. He has undertaken significant IT projects including the installation of cost and management accounting systems, the installation of ERP systems and configuration of accounting systems.

Ozan has large and extensive industry experience in IFRS, IAS, CMB regulations, risk management and banking, valuation, public offering, and bank risk management consulting. 

In addition to his professional service, he also carried out academic studies in the field of accounting and auditing and completed the Ph.D. Program of Dokuz Eylul University in Business Administration with highest degree of the program. Ozan Akar can speak English fluently.
